How it works

Five stages from brief to operating system.

STAGE 01

Brief & Audit

Two weeks. We sit with your team to understand your audience, regulatory framework, brand voice, current content stack, and where AI can amplify versus where it can't. Output: a written plan.

STAGE 02

System Design

We design the production architecture: models, prompts, source data, quality checkpoints, output formats. This is the engineering work, not a demo. Output: a system blueprint.

STAGE 03

Build

We build the system. Prompt libraries, evaluation pipelines, integrations, dashboards. Stood up either on our infrastructure or yours, depending on the delivery mode.

STAGE 04

Calibration

Two weeks. We run the system against real briefs from your team. Output goes through analyst review, prompts get tuned, models get swapped where better ones perform. The phase ends when output reliably meets your bar.

STAGE 05

Operate

We run it for you, or hand it off to your team with documentation and training. Either way, an analyst stays in the loop, reviewing edge cases, optimising as models evolve, and stepping in for high-stakes pieces.
